Duplex Board
Duplex Board is a kind of paperboard or cardboard, also named greyboard, due to its double side grey color. A duplex board consists of two layers or plies. A bright white appearance is often applied to the exterior of the board to give it a glossy sheen.
The duplex board is a less expensive alternative to the solid white board. For food packaging, one side is uncoated and unbleached while the other side is bleached and coated for printing. The product comes in several weights and sizes. Usually used in packaging, particularly food packaging.
